Calendar
History of the Calendar
The calendar was created by Elves by in the Second Age. It was then taught to the Dwarves who spread it to the rest of the Elves across the Comatose Sea. When the Third Age came to be, the Elves and Dwarves taught it to the new races and it continued to be the primary way that the races told time. While the names on the calendar mean nothing to history, having been lost in the ages, they are still remembered.
